About

Hello, my name is Mikko Majamaa. Currently, I work as a senior researcher at Nokia, Espoo, Finland. I am also pursuing a doctoral degree at the IT faculty of University of Jyväskylä. My current research focus is on 3GPP standardization research. I have a M.Sc. degree in Computational Engineering from LUT University, Lappeenranta, Finland. My major was applied mathematics and minor data science and engineering. I have a strong background in telecommunications, applied mathematics and software engineering, acquired through hands-on experience in the industry, as well as through university studies and hobbies.
